How many forms of Japanese will Trey be learning?

The results are in from our first poll question: "How many forms of Japanese will Trey be learning?"
Congratulations! The majority of you guessed the correct answer - 3.
Hirigana (平仮名) is transliteration used to help sound out words in Japanese.
Katakana (片仮名) characters are based on Japanese syllables. These characters are used in comprising Kanji.
Kanji (漢字) is a vast group of logographs used in the written Japanese language.
